At Vocation Brewery, we strive for every delivery to arrive in peak condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only accept returns on items that are faulty or sent in error within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your craft beer delivery.
- 2.Provide Evidence
Attach clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect items to help our team verify the claim and improve our logistics.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code or confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite brews or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
